Put 2 quarts water in a 1 gallon container. Add the 2 pack lemon lime kool-aid drink mix and 2 c. sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cooled 46 oz pineapple juice and 12 oz lemonade concentrate  thawed and stir well. Just before serving, add the 32 oz ginger ale.
